The random selection algorithms used for the Game (of a reward – on successfully finishing the Game, and of the winning Participants – in the Raffle draw), built into the Platform, do not use any characteristics of the Participants or Players relating to their personality, behaviour, preferences, economic situation or other personal characteristics. The selection is made at random from the rewards/persons that meet the conditions set in advance in these Rules for receiving a reward from the Game and for taking part in the Raffle.

10. The Organiser applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption, and limiting access to the data to persons who need it for their work.

4. Any questions about how the Game is held and organised should be sent in writing to the ORGANISER at the following email address: believe@nitram.bg. Complaints and reports in connection with the Game may be submitted to the same email address. Anonymous complaints and reports are not considered by the ORGANISER.
